The value for money at this hotel was excellent, exceeding my expectations. The room was clean and had a fridge, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

Good location.
It's not very clean in the room and bed sheet, considering the price, it's not a good choice for backpackers in Kings Cross area.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay
During my recent visit to Sydney, I had the pleasure of staying at a centrally located and affordable accommodation called Central Perk Lodge. The room I stayed in was quiet and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of exploring the city.
Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the room layout and the lack of a hook for towels in the bathroom, these were relatively small issues that didn't greatly impact my overall experience. the availability of a small kitchen was a handy feature.

Was booked in for four nights, however after seeing the hotel and room, there was no way we could stay there. Hotel was an absolute disgrace, door falling off the hinges, beds were dirty and not made. Would describe as a scary and horrible experience. Staff very unfriendly. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Actually nothing but eventually the staff were honest and kind of friendly
I think is a great place for backpackers and young people, noise, party, dirty and uncomfortable hotel for a reasonable price in new years eve in Sydney

Great location opposite a train station with easy access to transportation. We enjoyed having breakfast at a popular street nearby. Hotel facilities included a shared kitchen that allowed us to cook our meals using ingredients purchased from a nearby supermarket. The staff was friendly and carried our bags to the room.
No complaints.

I'd say my primary dislike would be the rats. Yes, rats inside the premises. When I brought it to the staffs attention the following day I was told that " it's just one rat, mate". My next dislike would be the cockroaches in the room followed by the filthy bed linens. I checked out after one night and was denied a refund for the following night that I had been forced to pay up front. This "lodge" should be condemned.

Location, directly opposite Kings Cross train station
The facility is extremely run down (though I must add they are in the process of painting the interior and replacing the carpet). There are roaches and small flying insects in the room. The room I stayed is poorly designed and maintained.

During xmas, we stayed at a hotel that offered us complimentary chocolates and wine, which was nice. the location was very convenient, located near many restaurants and shops that were open during the holidays. the hotel had a pool which was enjoyable and a great way to relax during the hot summer weather.
The bathroom was not well-maintained and had mildew growing on the shower walls. the wifi was extremely slow and often disconnected.

Location is very good, right across Kings Cross train station. Nice host, giving us an orientation about the surroundings.
Staying for several days I do need to clean up my room but I got no equipment. Bed sheet was quite old but they gave us a new one when we complained. Bathtub curtain is too long. The lodge was being renovated and this make it less nice.
